Our M&S Talent Acquisition Team is growing and we are looking for a passionate and proactive coordinator to join us. 

Be part of our team helping to recruit colleagues across Ireland! If you’re driven by delivering an outstanding candidate experience and thrive in a fast-paced setting, this role could be the perfect fit. The position requires flexibility to work core days and weekends, when needed, along with the motivation and adaptability to quickly get up to speed.

 

What you'll do

  • Management of recruitment tasks and activities including: advertising roles, scheduling
  • Coordinating Interviews, onboarding, and peak activities.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders and new joiners
  • Facilitating inductions for new hires (traveling across stores where needed)
  • Supporting compliance learning and general admin
  • Suggesting ideas to improve recruitment processes

  • Excellent communicator who builds strong relationships

  • Data-savvy with strong reporting skills.
