About this role

Description

Markon is seeking an experienced SIGDEV Analyst with expertise in data development, collection, analysis, and operational support to support our Virginia Customer in the Northern Virginia area.

Responsibilities

  • Design, drive, and support complex collection efforts to meet project objectives, while preparing and disseminating sensitive, timely intelligence products.
  • Integrate and analyze signals data, networks, and systems to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate risks.
  • Leverage existing customer collection systems and tools in collaboration with stakeholders to address counterintelligence threats.
  • Utilize exceptional communication skills for stakeholder engagement and project team coordination.
  • Advise senior leadership and partnering with Intelligence Community (IC) organizations to deliver mission-critical solutions.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (preferrably from this client).
  • Minimum of 6+ years of proven experience working within the Customer organization as a SIGDEV Analyst, delivering mission-critical analysis and operational support.
  • Hands-on expertise with the Customer’s proprietary tools, databases, and network environments, ensuring seamless integration and utilization.
  • Deep subject matter expertise in specialized geographic regions and/or managing complex, high-priority projects, providing actionable insights and strategic guidance.

Salary Range

USD $180,000.00 - USD $200,000.00 /Yr.The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
