About this role

Description

Markon is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Fort Meade Customer with program execution and coordination activities on large-scale, mission-critical efforts. This position will manage task tracking, deliverables, schedules, and stakeholder communications while providing administrative and technical coordination support to government customers and vendor partners.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as Master Task List (MTL) Manager, tracking action items and program deliverables.
  • Capture and distribute technical meeting minutes, identifying and tracking action items to closure.
  • Prepare, compile, and manage technical briefs, deliverables, and schedules.
  • Coordinate weekly status updates and reviews with stakeholders, including government customers and vendor partners.
  • Support Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs) and other vendor or partner engagements.
  • Assist with travel planning, labor forecasting, and requirements tracking.
  • Manage project documentation and files on shared platforms, including SharePoint, Confluence, and Jira.
  • Support day-to-day program coordination activities to ensure milestones and deadlines are met.

Qualifications

  • TS/SCI with Active Polygraph
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a business-related discipline,OR an additional 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree (8 years total experience).
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience supporting large-scale programs ($5M+ annually) coordinating program activities such as requirements, resources, personnel, funding, and schedules.
  • Strong experience using SharePoint, Confluence, and Jira.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.

Salary Range

USD $110,000.00 - USD $120,000.00 /Yr.The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
