About this role

Description

Markon is seeking an experienced Systems Integrator with a proven background in customer-facing roles and expertise in creating, implementing, and managing project plans derived from unstructured data to enable accurate reporting and informed decision-making to support our Virginia Customer in the Northern Virginia area.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and direction to ensure project milestones are clearly defined, prioritized, and achieved under tight deadlines.
  • Track and manage customer IT account holdings, including renewals and data accuracy, and reviewing and implementing cash transaction processes.
  • Utilize exceptional communication skills, the ability to work independently, and strong collaboration and interpersonal capabilities.
  • Highly proficient in written communication and fostering productive stakeholder relationships.
  • Demonstrate savvy project prioritization and delivering innovative technical solutions to meet customer requirements.
  • Stay current with emerging and evolving technologies to enhance customer deliverables and drive continuous improvement.
  • Frequent local travel supporting partner engagements.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (preferrably from this client).
  • Minimum of 6+ years of proven experience leading formal and informal teams in dynamic, unstructured environments with limited supervision, while effectively balancing short-term objectives with long-term strategic goals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to excel both independently and in collaborative team settings.
  • Strong project and program management expertise, including milestone and deliverable tracking, identifying gaps, and implementing corrective actions to maintain schedules.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with modern business productivity tools, including Microsoft 365 (O365), Google Workspace (G Suite), and experience configuring VPNs and implementing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). 

Desired:

  • Experience with traditional and non-traditional financial systems.
  • Experience managing IT case management logs related to account and devise management.

Salary Range

USD $160,000.00 - USD $180,000.00 /Yr.The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
