If you enjoy creating clean, reliable funnels that actually work—and want your work to support meaningful transformation-this role offers both impact and ownership.</p><h3><strong>The Opportunity</strong></h3><p>We are looking for a <strong>Funnel Builder & Automation Specialist</strong> to build, implement, and maintain high-performing funnels across our marketing ecosystem.</p><p>You’ll work closely with our <strong>CMO and marketing team</strong> to translate proven strategies into conversion-focused landing pages, forms, schedulers, and automation workflows. This is a hands-on implementation role for someone who enjoys owning funnel builds end-to-end—from page structure and user flow through to CRM logic, automation, and QA.</p><p>While experience with <strong>GoHighLevel</strong> is preferred, we welcome transferable experience from platforms such as ClickFunnels, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Kajabi, or similar.</p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><p>🔧 <strong>Funnel Building & Implementation</strong><br>Build conversion-focused landing pages from scratch based on provided strategy and copy</p><p>Design and implement user flows across pages, forms, quizzes, surveys, and schedulers</p><p>Ensure funnels function seamlessly from first interaction through to sales handoff and follow-up</p><p>⚙️ <strong>CRM & Automation</strong><br>Configure CRM logic including tags, custom fields, pipelines, and opportunity stages</p><p>Build and maintain automation workflows (email, SMS, wait logic, branching, goals)</p><p>Connect funnels to booked-call flows, sales pipelines, and post-booking automation</p><p>🔌 <strong>Integrations & Tracking</strong><br>Implement and maintain integrations with third-party tools (payments, webinars, calendars)</p><p>Ensure tracking pixels and conversion events are placed correctly throughout funnels</p><p>🧪 <strong>Quality Control & Optimisation</strong><br>QA funnels end-to-end to ensure accuracy, reliability, and strong user experience</p><p>Maintain consistency across funnel templates and accounts</p><p>Use AI tools to speed up building, troubleshooting, QA, and documentation</p><p>Collaborate closely with paid media, creative, copy, and ops teams</p><h3><strong>Skills & Experience</strong></h3><p>Proven experience building funnels and automation systems</p><p>Strong understanding of funnel structure, user flow, and conversion principles</p><p>Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms</p><p>Ability to design and build pages independently from briefs</p><p>Strong attention to detail and QA discipline</p><p>Confident troubleshooting issues independently</p><p>Comfortable using modern AI tools as part of your workflow</p><p>Organised, reliable, and systems-oriented</p><h3><strong>Preferred Experience</strong></h3><p>Experience with GoHighLevel</p><p>Experience building high-ticket coaching, therapy, or education funnels</p><p>Familiarity with booked-call and sales pipeline workflows</p><p>Basic understanding of tracking concepts (UTMs, pixels, conversion events)</p><p>Ability to lightly improve copy for conversion (not required)</p><h3><strong>💖 Why Join Us?</strong></h3><p>✨ Work on funnels that reach and support millions worldwide<br>✨ Collaborate directly with an experienced CMO and senior marketing team<br>✨ Choose between MAT cover or full-time freelance opportunity<br>✨ Flexible remote role with clear expectations and ownership<br>✨ Access to modern tools and AI-supported workflows<br>✨ Competitive compensation aligned with experience and impact<br>✨ Be part of a purpose-driven organisation focused on meaningful transformation</p>
