Maricopa County Elections is seeking a Temporary Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist to support staffing operations at the Maricopa County Tabulation and Election Center (MCTEC) during the election season.
Election season is a fast-paced, mission-critical environment where accuracy, efficiency, and deadlines matter. In this role, you will support high-volume recruitment and onboarding efforts by moving candidates through the Workday system, monitoring approvals, coordinating onboarding activities, and ensuring candidates are hired, cleared, and ready to work on time.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, can manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and maintains attention to detail in a high-volume setting. If fast-paced work energizes you and deadlines motivate you, we want to hear from you!
