The GIS Mapping Division is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented professionals who enjoy critical thinking, collaboration, and continuous improvement. As a GIS Property Technician, you will gain hands-on experience working with complex real estate and ownership data that directly impacts planning, taxation, and public decision-making. In this role, you will research, interpret, map, and transfer property and title information, assign Assessor Parcel Numbers (APNs), and establish ownership history for new subdivisions and parcel splits based on recorded legal descriptions.
