About the Position

In this role, you will serve as a dual-function specialist, handling all public-facing bilingual communications and providing critical support as a Compliance Assistant to the Division Manager. You will be responsible for reviewing and translating all Recorder’s Office content intended for the public—including press releases, outreach documents, social media, and newsletters—to ensure Maricopa County residents have accurate, legally compliant access to election-related news in both English and Spanish. All internal documentation and administrative paperwork will remain in English, allowing your bilingual expertise to focus specifically on constituent connection and community outreach.

Additionally, you will act as a Compliance Assistant, utilizing a keen eye for detail to help the Manager review the division's policies, procedures, and practices for alignment with federal, state, and local laws. Your work will be vital in ensuring the integrity of the voter registration process for the County’s 2.4 million voters while supporting the Division Manager in overseeing a transparent and legally sound administration.
