We are currently seeking Line Cooks to join our team to craft a memorable culinary experience and gain experience within the hospitality industry. What Will You Be Doing?

As a Cook, you will play a key role in preparing high-quality meals for both guests and team members. Every day brings variety, teamwork, and opportunities to sharpen your culinary skills, including:

  • Setting up equipment and ingredients prior to service
  • Reading and preparing menu items quickly and accurately according to provided recipes
  • Preparing food for team member meals
  • Performing inventory checks on perishable items and notifying leadership of products nearing expiration
  • Assisting with banquet preparation and production to meet client expectations
  • Ensuring coolers and prep areas are cleaned, organized, and properly secured at the end of each shift
  • Storing food correctly, following proper labeling and rotation procedures
  • Maintaining food quality and sanitation standards before, during, and after service
  • Supporting the team with additional tasks as assigned

We are looking for team-oriented individuals who bring a positive attitude and a desire to grow. Our ideal candidates have:

  • Basic experience in a kitchen setting, including knife skills and sanitation knowledge
  • The ability to follow recipes and instructions from the Chef
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and stations
  • An understanding of the importance of food waste control
  • The ability to read orders from the POS system
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
