What you’ll be doing?

• Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms in a professional and timely manner

• Provide exceptional hospitality and personalized service to ensure guest satisfaction

• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings and hotel services

• Set up, deliver, and retrieve in-room dining orders following service standards

• Address guest requests and concerns promptly and courteously

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas

• Perform other duties as assigned

   

What we are looking for?

• A passion for hospitality and guest service

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and professional

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work a flexible, part-time schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Previous food & beverage or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
