REQUISITOS:
- Estudios mínimos de Bachillerato, aunque preferible formación profesional o estudios universitarios
- Experiencia en atención al cliente
- Valorable conocimientos y experiencia en tramitación

FUNCIONES:
Tramitacion de expedientes, gestión de siniestros con intermediación con compañías contrarias, asegurados, terceros … con el objetivo de conseguir la resolución mas eficiente para el asegurado y para la empresa.
- Tramitación de siniestros de Autos
- Responsabilidad sobre los expedientes que tiene asignados
- Cumplimiento de la normativa legal y bajo las pautas técnicas y de operaciones generalmente aceptadas

What you'll do
- The main functions involve processing claims files and managing incidents, coordinating with opposing companies, insured parties, and third parties to achieve efficient resolutions for both the insured and the company. This includes specific responsibility for processing Automobile claims and adhering to legal regulations and accepted technical guidelines.
