REQUISITOS:
- Estudios mínimos en Bachillerato, aunque será preferible poseer estudios en Formación Profesional o universitarios
- Experiencia en atención al cliente
- Valorable conocimientos y experiencia en tramitación
- Competencias: compromiso, orientación a resultados, orientación al cliente, iniciativa, proactividad, trabajo en equipo
FUNCIÓN: tramitacion de expedientes, gestión de siniestros con intermediación con compañías contrarias, asegurados, terceros … con el objetivo de conseguir la resolución mas eficiente para el asegurado y para la empresa.
