About this role

 

Prepare state income and franchise tax returns and estimates. Assist with preparation of federal tax returns and provisions. Prepare premium tax returns and provisions.  Prepare analytical schedules as needed in support of all tax functions.

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Education - Typical Minimum

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance

Experience - Typical Minimum

Experience with tax software programs helpful.

Must understand general accounting concepts.

 

Pay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by several factors including skills, experience, education, certifications, and location. Some roles at Mapfre are eligible for commission and/or bonus earnings, in addition to salary, calculated based upon factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.

 

Salary Range $52,100 - $65,000
