🧠 What You Bring

- 8–10 years of experience in software development and enterprise-level product leadership.
- Deep expertise in programming languages, software architecture, and technical strategy.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor large engineering teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
🔧 Must-Have Skills

- Java: Advanced proficiency in building robust, scalable applications.
- AWS: Hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures and services.
- Open Source Stack: Familiarity with modern frameworks, libraries, and tools that power agile development.
- Guidewire Software: Insurance industry experience

Pay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by several factors including skills, experience, education, certifications, and location. Some roles at MAPFRE are eligible for commission and/or bonus earnings, in addition to salary, calculated based upon factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
Salary Range $145,000 - $193,000
