Descripción
Realizar las tareas administrativas asignadas, principalmente es el encargado de las cuentas por pagar de la compañía, emisión de pagos, control de registros contables, con el fin de prestar un soporte eficaz en el tratamiento y control de la información.
Funciones
- Mantener las relaciones internas y externas de carácter operativo y/o técnico, para intercambiar información, coordinar actividades y resolver incidencias
- Confección de listados y mantenimiento de bases de datos y sistemas informáticos.
- Tareas administrativas en general y seguimiento administrativo
- Generar facturas y en su caso contabilización de dichas facturas
- Gestión de documentación y archivo
- Atención telefónica
