IHR AUFGABENGEBIET:
- Sie installieren und betreuen lokale, standardisierte IT-(Betriebs-)Systeme und betriebssystemnahe Software nach Vorgabe.
- Die technische Unterstützung für IT-relevante Support- und Serviceanfragen unserer nationalen und internationalen Standorte per Ticketsystem, Telefon, E-Mail sowie Fernwartung gehört ebenfalls zu Ihrem Aufgabengebiet.
- Außerdem analysieren und kategorisieren Sie Störungen (Hardware und Software) und lösen einfache Fehler nach Vorgabe, bzw. nach einer Knowhow-Datenbank, die von Ihnen gepflegt wird.
- Schlussendlich kümmern Sie sich um die Auslieferung und Aufstellung von Hardware (Drucker, PCs, etc.).
IHR PROFIL:

Sie können eine abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung (idealerweise als Fachinformatiker) vorweisen.
- Sie haben eine hohe IT-Affinität, bei der ein Quereinstieg möglich ist.
- Team- und zielorientiertes Handeln zeichnet Sie aus.
- Sie arbeiten selbstständig und können englische Texte lesen und verstehen.
- Eine hohe Kundenorientierung und technisches Fachwissen runden Ihr Profil ab.
