The Emerging Talent Strategy & Operations Intern will play a critical role in supporting the Early Talent function by driving operational excellence and contributing to strategic initiatives. This position is designed for individuals passionate about talent development, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making. The intern will gain exposure to campus recruitment programming, event execution, and analytics while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall early talent experience.
Position Responsibilities:
Program Support: Assist in planning and executing early talent programs, including onboarding, mentorship, and rotational experiences.
Campus Engagement: Coordinate logistics for on-campus recruitment events, career fairs, and information sessions to strengthen employer brand presence.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency within the Early Talent function.
Data Analytics: Collect, analyze, and report on program metrics, recruitment trends, and candidate experience insights to inform strategic decisions.
Strategic Projects: Support initiatives related to emerging talent strategy, including market research, competitive benchmarking, and program design enhancements.
Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders across HR, business units, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel or data visualization tools.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
Interest in talent development, recruitment, and HR strategy.
