The Canada Division Technology team is looking for an experienced Director Quality Engineering to implement proper QE practices across CDT.


Position Responsibilities: 

  • Interprets business challenges and recommends course of actions and market guidelines to improve products, processes or services.
  • Influences key business leaders and builds consensus to ensure successful operational delivery.
  • Leads transformation within the Segment by shifting from a QA to a QE approach, while growing test automation and elevating quality standards.
  • Leads projects and programs with notable risk and/or complexity with diverse and sometimes conflicting interest groups.
  • Demonstrates the ability to analyze multiple solutions for solving business challenges and select the best-informed course of action.


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years Managing implementation of QE practices for teams of 50+
  • Experience working with cross functional teams
  • Experience creating Testing/Automation frameworks 
  • Experience with Test Automation using AI
  • Experience implementing Key Perfomance Indicators
  • Experience with Senior Stakeholders
  • Experience managing and adjusting to changing priorities


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with the definition of Quality Engineering practicesAbility to influence major business decision-makers and build consensus and build consensus
  • Excellent skills in presenting and communicating effectively
  • Experience leading projects and programs characterized by significant risk and/or complexity

Salary range is expected to be between

$113,260.00 CAD - $210,340.00 CAD
