The Director, Change Enablement plays a critical role in supporting Global Functions Technology (GFT) through transformational change. Using structured change management methodologies, this role ensures employees and stakeholders successfully adopt new processes, systems, and technologies. You will partner with senior leaders, project teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders to anticipate risks, develop mitigation plans, and drive adoption throughout the organization. This role helps the business realize measurable outcomes by ensuring change initiatives are implemented smoothly, consistently, and effectively.

Position Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and execution of change management strategies, including assessments, risk mitigation, and adoption planning for major GFT initiatives.

  • Create and maintain change deliverables such as communication plans, sponsor roadmaps, stakeholder engagement strategies, training plans, and resistance management plans.

  • Partner with senior leaders, people managers, and project teams to facilitate adoption and ensure alignment with business goals and transformation priorities.

  • Develop and deliver clear communication materials to articulate purpose, impacts, timelines, and progress of change initiatives.

  • Establish and track change management KPIs to monitor adoption, measure success, and report outcomes to leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in change management supporting large‑scale or enterprise-wide technology transformation initiatives.

  • Prosci or equivalent formal change management certification.

  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder influencing skills with the ability to articulate messages to various audiences.

  • Ability to work effectively in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments with strong resilience, adaptability, and critical‑thinking skills.

  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate across diverse business and technology groups.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience implementing change strategies within complex global or enterprise technology environments.

  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and cross‑functional delivery models.

  • Experience designing change metrics, dashboards, and KPIs to measure adoption and business impact.

  • Ability to coach senior leaders and people managers to effectively sponsor and champion change.

  • Experience developing training strategies and partnering with learning teams to execute training programs.

Salary range is expected to be between

$145,130.00 CAD - $195,130.00 CAD
