  • Complexity Simplification: Ability to break down ambiguous problems into clear tasks, questions, and options and adapt to changing
  • Execution & Communication: Strong written and verbal communication; able to produce clear, structured documentation and status updates.

  • Technical Exposure (nice to have): Familiarity with APIs, integrations, platform concepts, and/or healthcare standards (e.g., FHIR) is an asset but not required.

Job Requirements:

Partnering internally with Manulife’s cross-functional teams and externally with healthcare partners, you will shape, deliver and scale Member Experience & Digital Health capabilities and partnerships:

  • Support opportunity discovery and validation: Help identify member problems, gather insights, and support early solution exploration (research inputs, workflow mapping, competitive scans)
  • Assist with integration scoping: Support definition of integration needs (APIs, shared services, data flows) by collecting requirements and documenting constraints.
  • Translate strategy into execution artifacts: Create and maintain clear product artifacts (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, release notes, journey maps).
  • Coordinate delivery plans: Track milestones, dependencies, and risks; support issue management and drive follow-ups to closure.
  • Contribute to build vs. buy vs. integrate analysis: Support research and synthesis for recommendations (options, trade-offs, risks, and impacts).
  • Measurement Inputs: Recommend KPIs, dashboards, and tracking approaches for assigned initiatives; support interpretation of results and next-iteration suggestions.
  • Support measurement and outcomes tracking: Help define KPIs for initiatives and support post-launch monitoring (adoption, engagement, satisfaction, operational metrics).
  • Enable scalable and compliant delivery: Partner with Engineering/Architecture/Security/Privacy to ensure solutions meet performance, security, and compliance expectations.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently: Prepare concise updates, decision logs, and stakeholder-ready summaries for product and delivery progress.
