How you’ll make an impact as a Manpower Engineering Search Consultant
• Put People to Work! 
o Putting people to work is our organization’s purpose, and your role is front and center. Use your network and our technology to identify and connect with diverse candidates with meaningful permanent roles; you will learn about their skills and match them to exciting job opportunities 
o Service our clients by providing them with top talent, then dive deeper and consult with them on their talent needs and share how they can leverage ManpowerGroup to solve them
o Drive consistent high-quality activity and follow a detailed search methodology resulting in consistently monthly placements

• Develop Relationships!
o Authentically connect with your clients and candidates to drive their loyalty, which allows us to put more people to work.

What you’ll bring with you (aka candidate requirements)
• Industry: 2+ years of recruiting experience or sales experience in industry  
• Prior experience or exposure to leading Direct Hire searches 
• History of success in a role with specific KPI and financial deliverables 
• Client facing experience or prior sales experience 
• Interest in expanding existing client relationships 
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
