Service Admin (m/w/d) für den Bereich Mobile Cranes
Planen und bauen Sie gemeinsam mit uns die Zukunft – Ihre Zukunft!
Ihre Aufgaben
- Administrative Betreuung der Werkstatt und Projektanlage für Werkstatt und Sonderprojekte
- Erstellung von Reparaturangeboten und Rechnungslegung an Kunden
- Selbstständige Überwachung der Kostenentwicklung für Reparaturprojekte
- Administration der Service Van Flotte
- Ansprechpartner für alle Niederlassungsbelange (Abstimmung und Einholen von Angeboten, Beauftragung und Überwachung von Fremdfirmen)
- Planung und Organisation von Meetings inkl. Hotelbuchung, Catering, Transport
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office sowie ERP-Systemen (vorzugsweise BaaN, SAP)
- Selbstständige und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sicheres Auftreten und gute Rhetorik
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Führerschein Klasse B

What you'll do
- The Service Admin will provide administrative support for the workshop and project management, including creating repair offers and monitoring costs. They will also manage the service van fleet and coordinate meetings.
