We are looking for:
You are an experienced senior professional who has proven track record in large IT/software implementations, a passion for business process improvement and delivery and client satisfaction?

Ideally you will have a supply chain, logistics or retail background and understand different dynamics to this industry.
Here’s few things that we see as critical for someone to be successful in this role:
- Oversee project dependencies that occur during significant design, configuration, testing and implementation efforts through technical and operational project managers.
- Advise clients on the development of change management plans.
- Perform on-going risk analysis and provide support of sales activities.
- Develop and mentor line managers and team members.
- Ability to communicate with C-level Executives.
- Engagement management and influencing.
- Up-sell, build and manage existing customer relationships
- Create and execute services sales opportunities at existing customer relationships
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Degree in project management, industrial engineering, logistics, information systems or related field. MBA preferred
- Prior software implementation consulting experience with at least 7-10 years’ experience
- WMS, Omni Channel or supply chain software experience
- Experience leading a professional services group
- Resource planning and management experience with supply chain systems and software implementations
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
