YOUR NEW POSITION:

We are looking for an assistant store manager to join our team.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will support the store manager in effectively managing the store by improving sales results, ensuring excellent customer service, and ensuring that the team fulfills its daily responsibilities in a positive atmosphere.

· Ensuring an excellent level of customer service in the store

· Planning, implementing, and monitoring activities necessary to achieve and exceed sales targets

· Analyze and verify management indicators and costs with a view to improving them

· Ensure and cooperate in the implementation of merchandising standards and optimize the sales area to achieve maximum profitability

· Know the collection and control and manage inventory to maximize sales

· Act as a role model and promote effective communication within the team

· Recruit, train, and ensure the smooth integration of new employees

· Lead and motivate the team, ensuring the development of employee potential

· Plan, organize, prioritize, and delegate tasks, optimize resources, and minimize costs

· Ensure optimal management of personnel-related administrative tasks
