What you will be doing: You’ll be responsible for the management of academic and CTT programs, in compliance with government and management directives.

Essential functions: 

  1. Plan, coordinate, and manage all administrative and programmatic activities of the department. 
  2. Monitor and manage all instructors with the academic and CTT departments to ensure full compliance regarding teaching strategies and classroom management.
  3. Ensure all property is accounted for in all classroom areas. Ensure proper data integrity of all academic testing processes, and E-TARs are updated on a weekly basis. 
  4. Provide orientation to academic and CTT programs for new students and staff. Coordinate substitute coverage. 
  5. Maintain liaison with national training contractors (NTC). 
  6. Attend all CIC and CRC meetings to ensure industry compliance.
  7. Ensure all staff members receive  the necessary training for their position to include teaching strategies, classroom methodology, and interactive teaching. 

QUALIFICATIONS, REQUIRED AND REQUESTED SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years related experience, one (1) of which must be in a supervisory capacity.
  • Directly related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.  
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
