What you will be doing: You’ll be responsible for the management of academic and CTT programs, in compliance with government and management directives.
Essential functions:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all administrative and programmatic activities of the department.
- Monitor and manage all instructors with the academic and CTT departments to ensure full compliance regarding teaching strategies and classroom management.
- Ensure all property is accounted for in all classroom areas. Ensure proper data integrity of all academic testing processes, and E-TARs are updated on a weekly basis.
- Provide orientation to academic and CTT programs for new students and staff. Coordinate substitute coverage.
- Maintain liaison with national training contractors (NTC).
- Attend all CIC and CRC meetings to ensure industry compliance.
- Ensure all staff members receive the necessary training for their position to include teaching strategies, classroom methodology, and interactive teaching.
QUALIFICATIONS, REQUIRED AND REQUESTED SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years related experience, one (1) of which must be in a supervisory capacity.
- Directly related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
