What you will be doing: You’ll be responsible for a variety of auditing and evaluations to maintain the data integrity of the project and performs clerical duties, in compliance with government and management directives.
Essential functions:
- Receive telephone calls and visitors; tactfully refer them to proper individual.
- Coordinate meeting arrangements such as time, place, attendees, and matters to be discussed.
- Act as liaison between manager, director, and other center department staff.
- Coordinate and report all property inventories as assigned.
- Prepare reports, as required for the OA/CTS manager.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Two (2) years related experience.
- Must have working knowledge of computer and various software programs.
- A valid driver license in the state where the facility is located with an acceptable driving record required.
