PURPOSE: This position is responsible for the removal and disposal recyclables and dry and wet waste to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and safety at MOA while also providing memorial shopping and entertainment experience.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
While performing the duties of this job, the team member will continuously be required to talk and listen to machines and environment in order to understand maintenance needs and communicate a solution with other team members. Team member must also possess a level of hearing that will allow them to be aware of their surroundings, including hearing alarms, radios, and sounds from machines and vehicles. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Team members are required to be able to tolerate multiple sensory stimuli at once while performing their duties. These stimuli may include loud auditory/noise, smells/olfactory, lights, colors, motion, and other visual stimuli. Vision can be supplemented with corrective lenses, with the ability to wear eye protection and other required PPE to perform job duties. Waste & Recycling team members must be able to tolerate working in extreme temperatures (hot + cold) in a semi enclosed workspace. Waste & Recycling team members must be able to tolerate working in areas with extreme strong odors.
