 KEY OBJECTIVE(S):

• Waterpark Attendants are responsible for providing guests with an exceptional experience while ensuring safe and proper use of the waterslides and facility.
  
  

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervising the tops of water slides and entries to specific waterpark attractions
• Instructing and reinforcing the safe and proper use of waterpark attractions to our guests
• Responding to minor first aid situations, following health, safety, and emergency procedures, and calling appropriate personnel for major first aid concerns
• Assisting with cleaning the pool, pool areas, slides and staff areas as required.
• Assisting guests with questions or concerns regarding the facility and waterslides.
• Other responsibilities as required.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Applicants must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must be friendly, outgoing and enjoy dealing with the public in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have excellent customer service skills and have an interest in aquatics.
• Previous swimming and aquatics experience is considered an asset.
• This is a part-time position that requires flexible availability Monday through Sunday including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to pass a basic security clearance.
• Ability to work in a hot and humid environment and in close proximity to water and chlorine.
• Must ensure all required certifications remain current throughout employment.

PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds.
• Kneel and bend – occasionally.
• Ability to push/pull cart with 20 pounds of force.
• Standing for extended periods of time.
