Job DetailsJob Location: Corporate - Portland, OR 97217Job Shift: Day Shift$22-24 an hour DOE + Mileage Reimbursement Monday-Friday with availability between 6am-4pm The Shelf Set Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing corporate resets across the Maletis Beverage footprint. This role is highly organized, detail-driven, and hands-on, balancing office coordination with in-market execution. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly across teams, and takes pride in keeping resets running smoothly and on schedule. Success in this role comes from strong organization, proactive communication, and consistent follow-through.   What You’ll Do: Manage and maintain the corporate reset calendar. Schedule and coordinate all corporate resets across the market. Coordinate labor and coverage to ensure reset execution. Print and distribute schematics for large chain resets. Work closely with the RAM Team, Key Accounts, and Utility Sales. Lead, cover, and assist reset teams at corporate and independent accounts on a daily basis. Support Maletis Beverage’s Category Management standards through accurate and timely execution.   What We’re Looking For: Committed, self-motivated, and competitive.
