About this role

Job Summary: 

Performs a variety of supply chain functions to ensure customer delivery compliance of their contracted finished goods products. This entails customer service, materials requirement planning, coordinating or purchasing materials (turnkey), managing inventory, and logistics.

Job Duties:
Duties may include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Review materials demands and place PO within the specific timeline;
  • Manage materials inventory, avoid shortage to production, and to achieve the best inventory turnover;
  • Update certain level of ERP data
  • Monitor open PO report daily, expedite and escalate inbound shipments with potential risk of delay;
  • Review aging inventory weekly to avoid scrap and write off of ingredients;
  • Monitor on hold raw materials status and takes actions to clean up hold memo in time;
  • Support vendor’s logistics team and their carriers with any inbound shipment related issues;
  • Coordinate RMA return;
  • Participate weekly planning meeting with supply planner and production scheduler
  • Facilitates and manages QN/NCMR completion, closure within 30 day’s and full financial recovery within 60 day’s
  • Day to day communications with internal customers regarding orders and/or supply concerns

  • Work in a detailed oriented fashion

Proficiency in:   MS Office, MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP ideal)

       Experience:  3 or more years of supply chain experience preferably in the food manufacturing environment.

Work Environment:

Requirements for this position require the ability to occasionally access production and warehouse operations. The successful candidate will onsite with company assigned computer, headset, mouse, keyboard, and office supplies. Over time outside of the regular business hours maybe required occasionally depends on the urgency of the business demand.

No relocation is available for this role.
