Job Summary:
The Procurement Category Manager – Ingredients will be responsible for creating and implementing sourcing strategies that reduce the total cost of ownership, drive value, ensure supply continuity, and support our company’s growth, and innovation goals. This role requires collaboration with internal business partners – R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, and Business Development and suppliers to reduce risks and costs to our operational plants. This opportunity will promote long-term strategic thinking while driving multiple initiatives across procurement.
Additionally, this role will drive results through methods that include competitive bidding, negotiating, and analyzing data/market trends for ingredient categories.

This is a hybrid role; you will be required to work in our Downers Grove, IL corporate office 4 days/week and remotely 1 day/week.

The pay range for this full-time, salaried position is $97,210-$145,814/year. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. The position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive based on company and individual performance. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed. Base pay information is based on market location.
