ROLE SUMMARY
The Senior Associate – Financial Services & Program Delivery supports the delivery of Financial Services initiatives by coordinating project governance, delivery planning, and cross-functional execution across Product, Marketing, Commercial, and Operations teams. The role plays a key part in maintaining delivery discipline through strong project controls, clear communication, and effective coordination, while ensuring go-to-market readiness and smooth launch execution across all stakeholders.
ROLE PROFILE
- Coordinate delivery planning and execution across Product, Marketing, Commercial, Operations, and Technology teams
- Maintain structured delivery plans, timelines, and prioritised workstream backlogs
- Track progress, dependencies, risks, and issues, escalating potential delays early
- Support go-to-market and launch coordination across product, operational, and marketing activities
- Ensure delivery governance through accurate documentation, reporting, and action tracking
- Prepare clear status updates and delivery insights for stakeholders and leadership
- Support project reviews, approvals, and delivery checkpoints to maintain discipline
- Drive effective cross-functional communication and alignment across all stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related discipline
- Exposure to financial services, fintech, payments, or regulated consumer services preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to support business cases and formal documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven stakeholder management ability
