ROLE SUMMARY
The Payroll Compliance Specialist ensures adherence to legal guidelines and internal policies related to employee requests and benefits within the payroll domain. They assist in preparing management documentation and provide crucial support across multiple Business Units in different countries.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Review and validate payroll for employees across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements, and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Validate HR requests related to hiring, promotions, transfers, salary changes, and employee status updates, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and local labor laws.
  • Ensure all documentation and approvals align with the delegation of authority and maintain accurate records for audit purposes.
  • Regularly review and verify employee data in HR and payroll systems, ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy.
  • Coordinate with the Payroll team to provide clarity and resolve payroll-related issues, collaborating with other departments as needed.
  • Stay informed on country-specific regulations and assist in payroll compliance activities.
  • Review final settlements, ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies.
  • Support internal and external audits and generate reports related to payroll transactions for the Compliance team and Human Capital.


REQUIREMENTS

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HC Compensation & Benefits or Payroll is required.
  • A bachelor’s degree in accounting, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • The ideal candidate should be observant, a quick learner, and possess excellent communication skills in English.
  • They should demonstrate openness to diversity, handle criticism well, and manage high-stress situations calmly.
