Client Services Associate Manager | MAF Retail | UAE Corporate Head Office

ROLE SUMMARY
The Associate Manager – Client services is responsible for supporting the Manager in managing brand and agency relationships, driving media revenue through growth and ensuring delivery of high-performing, data led advertising solutions across our retail media ecosystem. The Associate Manager – Client Services is expected to significantly enhance the client experience and set MAF Precision Media apart from the rest in the region, with a good understanding of media capabilities to grow advertiser

ROLE PROFILE

  • Drive sales growth by promoting and selling retail media solutions across digital, in‑store, and omni‑channel platforms.
  • Prospect, identify, and secure new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Create and sell customized media proposals that deliver strong ROI and effective retail media outcomes.
  • Manage end‑to‑end campaign processes, including planning, execution, performance monitoring, and client communication.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring accurate monthly forecasting and activity tracking.
  • Serve as the primary contact for brands and agencies, nurturing long‑term partnerships that support recurring revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Ad Ops, Commercial, HC) to execute campaigns, align strategies, and support talent development.
  • Support performance management, training needs, manpower planning, and adherence to corporate policies.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, or related fields; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • 3+ years in client management, media sales, digital advertising, or online advertising with global/regional accounts.
  • Proven success in media sales especially digital display within retailer, publisher, or media agency environments; retail media experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience selling audience‑targeting solutions, strong understanding of internet advertising technologies, and ability to analyze campaign performance and present insights clearly.
  • Demonstrable track record of exceeding commercial targets, building and maintaining strong advertiser relationships, and closing new business using consultative sales skills.
  • Strong presentation/negotiation abilities, excellent communication, confidence on the phone, teamwork, and full professional proficiency in English.
