Job Summary:

Under the supervision of medical staff, performs routine clinical and administrative duties in support of assigned area or office.

Job Description:

Full Time 40 Hour Week | Consistent Schedule

What You’ll Do

As a CMA on our Primary Care team, you’ll play a key role in keeping visits running smoothly while supporting both patients and providers.

Clinical Responsibilities

  • Prepare patients for visits and assist providers during examinations

  • Collect vital signs, assist with basic diagnostic procedures, and perform specimen collection as needed

  • Observe and communicate changes in patient condition to medical staff

  • Accurately document patient care and clinical activities in the medical record

Administrative & Support Duties

  • Support daily clinic operations, including scheduling, patient registration, reception, and data entry

  • Assist with scribing, prior authorizations, and other clerical tasks as assigned

  • Maintain exam rooms, equipment, and medical supplies (ordering, stocking, cleaning, and troubleshooting)
