Experience:
Minimum 10 years progressive leadership experience in healthcare, including complex project management and strategic planning in the healthcare environment, preferably in healthcare system. 3 to 5 years Clinical practice experience required. Minimum 5 years operational experience with a focus on stakeholder value, hospital operations, performance improvement and quality in a healthcare system.
Education:
BSN Required, Master’s Degree preferred in Nursing, Business Administration, Health Administration, or related field
Licensures/Certifications:
Preferred Certifications – Six Sigma Black Belt
