Make an Impact! In this role, you will provide hands-on leadership, support, and education to all hourly clinical aide staff who manage the therapeutic milieu across all shifts (24/7). You will be responsible for hiring, training, orienting, and maintaining appropriate staffing levels to support a safe and effective environment of care. You will work closely with the Clinical Director and interdisciplinary clinical team to foster a culture of safety, deliver high-quality services, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards. In addition, this position collaborates with leadership and department heads to establish, reinforce, and sustain therapeutic norms throughout the community.
Position: Manager of Clinical Support Services
Shift: Full-Time, Day shift; with 1 week of on-call requirement every 4-5 weeks.
Experience:
1. Minimum of at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a healthcare setting, with at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
2. Ability to multi-task and ability to develop and maintain team approach to services.
3. Familiar with OSHA regulations, local and state regulations.
4. Competency with Microsoft Suite.
Education:
1. Bachelor’s degree preferred or above from an accredited college in Human Services or a related field.
