In your role as a General Maintenance Mechanic II, you will be a key component of our team ensuring our patients have a Superior Patient Experience by performing tradesman level electrical, plumbing, or carpentry duties as well as managing, planning, and scheduling maintenance and construction projects. You will coordinate a variety of repair and maintenance duties with advanced proficiency and a skilled focus on a specific area or need as well as respond to requests in a timely and respectful manner.

Position: General Maintenance Mechanic II - Plumber (this role is a member of a collective bargaining unit)
Shift: Evening shift, with rotating weekend commitment

Experience:
1. 5+ years of recent Maintenance experience preferred.
2. Healthcare Maintenance experience a plus.

Education:
Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English sufficiently to perform required job duties.

Licensures/Certifications:
1. Valid Driver’s License in the United States with current insurance required.
2. Specialty certification or license may be required based on assignment.
