The Director plans, executes, and manages day-to-day laboratory operations to ensure proper functioning of the laboratory and the quality of laboratory services.

Shift: Full Time- occasional requirement on evening/ night shift- weekend as needed

Experience: 
Five years management experience acquired in a hospital and/or Commercial laboratory setting.

Education: 
BS/BA in related biological science required. Thorough knowledge of medical technology generally acquired through B.S. or B.A. Degree from an accredited institution with a major in medical technology or one of the biological, physical or chemical sciences required. Masters Degree in a related science or business administration preferred. Must have strong, verbal and written, interpersonal communication skills

Licensures/Certifications: 
MT (ASCP) or equivalent certification
