About this role
Your Contribution:
As a Transportation Process Specialist you will be the key contact within North America for the implementation, deployment and further development of all related systems and processes.
- Responsibility for the North America (US, Canada, Mexico) wide support of our global System in transportation management.
- Instruct and support our local key users as second-level support with the goal of lean and quick problem solving to help your internal customer to run their business.
- Solving problems sustainably, performing error analysis, and creating concepts for corresponding system optimizations.
- Taking part and executing test cases during our global integration tests.
- Conduct process workshops and trainings for local teams.
- Support during audits and internal reviews.
Your Experience & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in outbound logistics/ production/ inbound logistics processes preferred in the automotive industry.
- 3+ years of experience in Transport Management.
- Experience with SAP R/3 or S/4 (Inbound / MM / PP) and in cross-functional processes for Logistics or Production.
- Fluency in English.
- Willingness to business trips .
- Experience in SupplyOn preferred.
- Regional exposure, working in global roles / responsibilities preferred.
