Your Contribution

• Analysis of business processes to optimize the existing environment
• Rollout and support SuccessFactors Cloud application modules at MAHLE focusing on Performance & Goals, Succession & Development and Compensation
• Solution design, customization, Implementation and roll-out to various global plants and locations based on global processes
• Strategic development of the cloud landscape and the interface /integration with corresponding systems or add On - for example other cloud or on-premise applications
• Project Management within the IT HCM area that includes Time, Budget & Integration to other IT projects

Your Experience and Qualification

• Successfully completed degree in Business Informatics or comparable education
• At least 3 years of experience in advising SAP SuccessFactors
• Previous experience in IT project management (planning and implementation)
• Very good knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors
• SAP Certified Application Associate within the relevant areas beneficial
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to prioritize and understand business impact of IT system

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Passion to learn new concepts, technologies, and processes.
