Your  Contribution:

• Ensure that production processes are executed efficiently, guaranteeing product quality and effective coordination of the team in charge
• Ensure that quality standards are met at every stage of production
• Coordinates all necessary activities to fulfill the production schedule by line per shift, taking care about product quality requirements as per control plan.

Your Experience and Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a production supervisor
• Ensure compliance with the production plan
• Problem Solving Methods (8D, Fishbone, 5Why)
• Customer Requirements
• Moderation and communication/negotiation skills/ Ability to build relationships
• Leadership, conflict management, negotiation, decision making, results-oriented teamwork.
