About this role
Ihre Aufgaben
Als zuständiger Mitarbeiter in der Arbeitsvorbereitung Montage (m/w/d) sind Sie verantwortlich für die effiziente Planung und kontinuierliche Optimierung unserer Fertigungsprozesse.
- Erstellung und Pflege von Arbeitsplänen und Arbeitsanweisungen unter Berücksichtigung technischer und wirtschaftlicher Aspekte
- Planung von Betriebsmitteln mit Fokus auf Wirtschaftlichkeit, inklusive Unterstützung bei der Angebotseinholung und Abnahme
- Begleitung von Neuanläufen und Serienfertigungen, inklusive aktiver Mitwirkung bei der Lösung technischer Herausforderungen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Projektorganisation
- Identifikation und Umsetzung von Prozessoptimierungen, inklusive ergonomischer und effizienter Arbeitsplatzgestaltung
- Bewertung und Realisierung von Optimierungs- und Verbesserungsvorschlägen zur Steigerung der Produktivität und Qualität
Ihre Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (z. B. Maschinenbau, Produktionstechnik oder vergleichbar)
- Berufserfahrung in der metallverarbeitenden Industrie, idealerweise im Bereich mechanische Bearbeitung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Lean Production
- Sicherer Umgang mit SAP (Modul PP) sowie Erfahrung mit PLM-Systemen
- Ausgeprägtes kaufmännisches Verständnis
- Sicheres Auftreten gepaart mit einer hohen Durchsetzungsfähigkeit zeichnen Sie aus
- Teamorientierte und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
