Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
• Technical analysis of concern reported from manufacturing.
• Arrange Containment action in case of failure in supplier parts.
• Ensure Concern communication to Supplier
• Ensure action planning of issues raised from manufacturing.
• Ensure closure of issues by regularly updating in various forum(s).
• Arrange supplier meets, Certifying supplier rejections and monitoring disposal of the same.
• Ensure reduction in concern reported from manufacturing lines.
• Raise monetary debits to supplier.
• Ensure Adherence of guideline related to SQA functioning at his/her area of work.
• Ensure HSPP audits for parts at his/her area of work.
• Participate Daily RFI/NOVA-C & LSP meets, Analsis of concern & Conclude it.
. Guide & Monitor associates in their Daily Work.
Experience
8 - 12 years with 3-4 years of experience of working as a SQA function

General Requirements
Working Knowledge of following vehicle systems:-
• Good Knowledge of Vehicles systems & their integration.
• Good Knowledge of at least any of the three system like : - Clutch, Brake, Suspension, Exhust,HVAC, Axle & transmission, Driveline, Steering.
• Good Knowledge of at least any of the three supplier processes like:- Casting, forging, machining, Stamping, Rubber molding, Welding. Knowledge of Heat treatment & Surface treatment will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Process Audit & Product Audit will be an added advantage.
•.Knowledge about GD&T (Geometrical Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
•.Knowledge about DOE (Design of Experiment).
•.Proficient in using MS Office suite of programs
• Understanding of G8D (Global 8 Disciplines),SCAP (Supplier Coorrective Action Plan), Application of SPC (Statistical Process Control) & MSA (Measurement System Analysis).

What you'll do
- The Senior Manager SQA BEV is responsible for technical analysis of manufacturing concerns, ensuring effective communication and action planning with suppliers, and monitoring the closure of issues. They will also arrange supplier meetings and ensure adherence to SQA guidelines.
