Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Understanding of ESC and EPS system Features and Testing Experience. o Designing and developing automated test systems for ESC & EPS. o Very Good Knowledge on CAN protocol and Unified Diagnostic Services (UDS) Protocol. o Creating and maintaining software for test automation, which may involve programming in languages like LabVIEW, Python, Robot Framework. o New automation concept & test cases development and simulators to mimic real-world conditions & integrate automated test systems with existing lab equipment and infrastructure. o System Integration and Validation: Work with hardware and software teams to ensure proper integration of vehicle systems for lab testing. o Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) Testing: Integrate real vehicle hardware with simulated lab environments to test, systems & components. o System Testing: Proficiency in testing electrical and electronic components, systems, and devices. Experience in testing Chassis systems is preferred. o Analyse test data and troubleshoot Software issue and identify root causes. o Understanding of Software development Lifecycle and Experience with tools like JIRA. o Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment. o Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills to document findings and collaborate with team members.
Experience
5 to 8yrs
Industry Preferred
Relevant hands-on experience in Test Bench automation & test application development from OEM, Tier I or II environments is preferred.
Qualifications
BE/B. Tech or M. Tech– Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, Automotive Electronics, Automobile.
General Requirements
Understanding Vehicle Communication Protocols Knowledge such as CAN, LIN and Ethernet used in vehicle systems. o Work closely with Supplier, System team and the fellow teams of partner systems. o Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, Test Reports, for bench level and vehicle level for various projects. o Stay up to date with the latest testing methodologies and technologies.

What you'll do
- The Senior Engineer will design and develop automated test systems for ESC and EPS, ensuring proper integration of vehicle systems for lab testing. Responsibilities also include creating software for test automation and conducting system testing and validation.
