Should have a clear understanding of manual transmission and its sub systems
Should have a hands on experience of 3D CAD software like UG NX ( preferred)
Adequate knowledge in CAE related to transmission
Adequate Knowledge in DFMEA, DFC, DFM and DFS
Should have sufficient knowledge in detailing, tolerance stack up and GD&T
BOM preparation and maintaining
Need to have casting and machining process knowledge
Ability to interact with development team and supplier for component development
Versatile to work with support system teams and address the integration related concern
Ability to resolve vehicle level integration concerns
Ability to address the manufacturing and build issues with supplier and plant team
Time Management for self & CFT for on time delivery of the project
Automotive, Design and Development of transmission Systems with Adequate Knowledge on Materials and Manufacturing Process
Graduate/PG Engineer (Mechanical or related streams). Diploma Engineers also can be considered based on interveiw.
