Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

To coordinate the Quality activities.Understand Customer needs and latent Desires and ensure Deployment in Products.Benchmark Quality Parameters and Improve Product Quality of Tools and Dies.Working closely with various stakeholders ( Internal and External.Inprocess and Final inspection of the Panels, Dies and Fixtures.Generating Quality indicator dashboard for Senior Management reviews highlighting key quality risks.To carry out Different Audits like Process Audit and GNODA-C / GNOFA-C Audit.To carry MSA and SPC study.To maintain the Measuring Instruments, Accessories, Material handling equipment in good working condition.To maintain the safe working condition and good housekeeping in the Department
