1. Job Overview and Description
The Project Engineer will play a key role in supporting the Project Engineering Head in executing development and manufacturing projects for three-wheelers, including EV and ICE platforms. This position involves planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities to ensure timely delivery within scope, cost, and quality parameters. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams—Design, Manufacturing, Validation, Homologation, Sourcing, and Quality—to resolve technical issues, maintain documentation, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in project planning, scope definition, timelines, and budget tracking
- Coordinate technical sign-offs (VDS, DVP, QTS) and resolve engineering issues
- Facilitate communication among cross-functional teams and ensure deliverables are met
- Prepare reports, document meetings, and follow up on action items
- Support stakeholder communication and expectation management
2. Skills
Functional Skills:
- Strong knowledge of CAD/DMU, product development processes, and engineering fundamentals
- Familiarity with Electric and ICE vehicle systems
- Project management tools and techniques (MS Project, task monitoring, critical path analysis)
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills

What you'll do
