About this role

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

 

  1. Ensure quality of Tractors through Process audits of Tractor Assembly and Paint shop & PTCED shop
  2. Understanding of basic assembly process, criticality in process & product.
  3. Good knowledge of sheet metal & plastic components.
  4. Analysing customer complaints, Assembly line rejection, Supplier parts analysis and taking corrective actions, Standardizing all the Quality Procedure. 
  5. Experience in Quality assurance function in assembly plant
  6. Continuous process improvements (KAIZENS) to achieve consistent product quality.
  7. Implementation of POKA-YOKES to eliminate human error.
  8. Monitoring and ensuring adherence to processes with SOP/SOS by periodic process audit, SPC and MSA studies.
  9. Responsible for Engineering Change Management Process, 
  10. Exposure to Quality management systems
