To lead and execute interior fit-out projects and ensure the effective technical maintenance and upkeep of facilities, while adhering to quality, safety, statutory, and organizational standards.
Project Management
• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of interior fit-out projects.
• Coordinate closely with architects, MEP consultants, and cost consultants to ensure design accuracy, feasibility, and timely execution.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality standards, and deliverables.
Technical Maintenance & Facility Upkeep
• Oversee maintenance activities for MEP systems to ensure smooth facility operations.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for all relevant systems. • Ensure minimal downtime and efficient functioning of all technical services.
Compliance & Safety
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, statutory regulations, and internal compliance requirements.
• Implement and monitor safety measures during project execution and facility maintenance activities.
Vendor Management
• Manage vendor sourcing, evaluation, appointment, and performance monitoring.
• Oversee procurement processes ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships to achieve consistent service levels.
• 8–10 years of experience in interior fit-out projects, facilities maintenance, and MEP services management.
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
